How the website and Telegram bot handle your information.
Who is responsible.
ROKVA is the studio name used by Богдавнова Александра Дмитриевна, an individual based in Russia. She decides how project enquiries are handled and is the contact for personal data requests: dmitrievna-a@internet.ru. ROKVA is not currently a registered company.
This notice covers the website and the ROKVA Telegram enquiry bot. It was updated on 11 October 2026.
What happens on the site.
The website has no enquiry form, account, analytics or advertising trackers. It does not save a project brief in your browser. A project button opens Telegram; an email link opens your mail app.
For delivery and security, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address, request time, browser and requested page when you visit this Cloudflare Pages website. This is needed to display and protect the site. Cloudflare's own notice explains its handling of these data.
What the bot collects.
When you start the bot, you first choose a language. To remember that choice and show the consent notice in your language, the bot temporarily stores your Telegram user ID and language before you agree. If you decline, it removes this temporary state unless you have an earlier enquiry. Only after you agree does the bot ask about the type of project, your goal, brief, timing and preferred contact method. It stores your ID, selected language and answers in Cloudflare D1. The bot suggests a suitable ROKVA service using your choices; this is an initial recommendation, not a decision that affects your legal rights. A manager receives the enquiry in Telegram and may reply through the bot. At the last step, the bot asks you to share your own phone contact through Telegram or type a phone number, email address or Telegram username. Your chosen contact stays in the draft and is sent to the manager only after you review and confirm the request.
The bot needs these answers to consider your enquiry. You may decline or stop at any time, but then it cannot prepare and send a request. Please do not send identity documents, payment details, health data or other information unnecessary for the project.
Why we use the data.
We process a bot enquiry on the basis of your consent, which the bot asks for before collecting the brief. If you email us directly, we use your message to respond and take steps at your request before a possible contract. We use essential technical request data to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising.
You can withdraw bot consent with /delete. This removes your draft, submitted enquiries and language choice from the ROKVA database. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred.
Storage and recipients.
Cloudflare hosts this site and the bot's D1 database. Telegram delivers bot conversations and the manager's notifications. These services may process data outside your country. Telegram messages already delivered to your chat and the manager's chat are separate from the ROKVA database and follow Telegram's storage and deletion controls. Do not assume that /delete erases those chat copies; contact us if you need help with a message already sent to the manager.
Because ROKVA operates from Russia and uses international services, data can cross borders. We have not claimed that this setup provides a country-specific data residency guarantee.
How long we keep it.
Submitted enquiries in the ROKVA database are removed after six calendar months; unfinished bot drafts after 30 days without an update. The bot checks these periods daily. You may request earlier deletion with /delete. The website itself keeps no enquiry database. Telegram chat copies and technical hosting logs are controlled separately by their providers.
Your choices and rights.
You can ask us what personal data we hold, request a copy or correction, object to or restrict processing where applicable, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Where the EU GDPR applies, you may also request portability and complain to a data protection authority in your EU country. Where Serbian law applies, you can contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Russian residents can exercise rights under Russian personal data law and contact Roskomnadzor.
Write to dmitrievna-a@internet.ru; tell us your Telegram user ID or contact method so we can locate your enquiry. We may need to verify that the request is yours. For immediate database deletion, send /delete to the bot.
Updates and contacts.
We will update this page if the website, bot or data handling changes. For privacy questions, withdrawal or deletion of a manager-chat copy, contact dmitrievna-a@internet.ru. Telegram's own data practices are described by Telegram.
